PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping timeframes are in addition to processing and are estimates only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.

OVERNIGHT NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Overnight delivery applies to the shipping timeframe after your order has been dispatched. It does not guarantee same day dispatch. Orders are still subject to our 1–2 business day processing time, which may be extended during sale periods. Once shipped, delivery is estimated for the next available business day, though courier delays can occur.

TRACKING

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID will follow. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us here.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We now offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout to provide added peace of mind. If you opt in, your order is fully protected in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a separate email from Route with all the information you need. If anything happens to your package, Route will handle the entire claims process on your behalf and either reorder your items or issue a refund- whichever you prefer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Please note: Express checkout methods (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) use saved information. We’re unable to adjust or cancel orders once placed, so please ensure your address and order details are correct before confirming.”

PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items are reserved exclusively for you and charged at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are listed on product pages, but are subject to change. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship when the pre-order arrives.

SPLIT DELIVERIES
We don’t offer split shipping by default, but in some cases may split orders due to stock limitations.

RESPONSIBILITY
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, address issues, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. For delivery concerns, contact the courier directly.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For countries outside the US:

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping country.
Some regions offer Delivery Duty Paid (you pay at checkout) or Delivery Duty Unpaid (you pay on delivery).
If duties/taxes are unpaid, some couriers may hold your parcel until payment is made.

Customers are responsible for these charges unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey and Syria.

RENTAL COMPANIES
Waynenan is sold exclusively via this website. We are not affiliated with rental or third-party sites. Commercial resale or hire of our garments is a breach of our terms. Orders placed by rental businesses will be canceled.
